changes to Dockerfile so that poky/repo adds are permanent. Fixed startup.sh so that if ~/bin/repo already exists, skip curl. if root/poky already exists, skip it. Fixed the really long chown -R problem which took 5-7 minutes to finish because it changed ownership of 500k files...
